In 2011 owners of Golfi Concrete & Drain Ltd. John & Sabrina along with their twin daughters Maya & Malia started the McMaster Children's Indoor Playroom foundation. The foundation was to raise funds to build the indoor playroom on the 3rd floor of McMaster Children's Hospital. Within the first two years of starting we reached our goal of

$ 100,000.00 with the help of many colleagues, friends and family. This allow the hospital to build the indoor playroom and lounge. A space for parents to spend time with their child in a more comforting and enjoyable environment.    With such unbelievable success thanks to our many colleagues, friends and family who have donated funds, participated in our Annual Halloween Dinner & Dances, Annual Fern Drive, Golf Tournaments, Live Auctions and more. We have grown our foundation into The Golfi Family & Friends Play & Entertainment Foundation for McMaster Children's Hospital.   

On October,25,2025 we hosted our Annual Halloween Bash! An event that brings out all young and old. A night for families and friends to enjoy great costumes, food, music, great company, silent auction and participate in our costume contest.We our proud to announce that this event raised just over $ 25,000.00.This brings us to a total of over

$ 450,000.00 raised to date for the foundation.  Golfi Concrete & Drain Ltd. will continue raise funds for the maintenance of the playroom and for other much need items.We are very grateful for all the support we receive from all those who participate in our fundraiser events.
